Welcome to Stubborn properties sold, I have had a passion for helping people and solving problems for a very long time and being honest if you had asked me 20 years ago would I be working with property now I would have laughed.
The stubborn property market absolutely fascinates me as it can be multi faceted. Taking on the challenge of a property, the process and the people involved working to achieve a sale when it could have been on the market for a number of years is incredible.
I love that I now take my corporate background, holistic approach to life and my business consultancy experience into a holistic perspective to selling & buying property.
Becoming an Agent has allowed me to take a property from analysis to sale and that for me is one of the most fulfilling and satisfying things i have ever done.

The reason why a property owner has decided to sell their property can have an impact on the “feel factor” of the property. A negative event can impact on the property selling. When providing assistance we take these factors into account.
Their experience of the selling process and people involved until now can also impact. Do they believe the Agent has done everything they could? Do they feel it was priced it correctly? What part did each party play in the listing of the property and how did it bring us to where we are today.
